Refund policy
At Kalon Jade & Gems, we want you to shop with confidence. Because many of our pieces feature natural gemstones and jade, each item is unique and may vary slightly in color, pattern, and translucency.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 48 hours of the delivery date for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Item must be returned with original packaging.
- Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
Natural Stone Disclaimer
Natural jade & gemstones may contain inclusions, color variations, texture differences, and other natural characteristics. These features are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.
Product photos are taken to accurately represent each item, but colors may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review the situation and work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified manufacturing defect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Kalon Jade & Gems is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
