Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or holidays are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. Kalon Jade Gems is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, Kalon Jade & Gems is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
