We strive to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, photos, and videos for all items listed. Due to differences in lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of gemstones and jade, colors and textures may appear slightly different in person.

Many of our pieces may contain natural inclusions, variations, or imperfections that are part of the beauty and uniqueness of natural stone jewelry.

Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Sales Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can review the issue.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, Kalon Jade & Gems is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or lost/stolen packages marked as delivered.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Jewelry Care

Our jewelry should be handled with care. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, water, and extreme temperatures to preserve the quality and longevity of your pieces.

Damage caused by improper handling or normal wear is not the responsibility of Kalon Jade Gems.
